Your website as a service, not a one-off project
A custom-built website, live in two to three weeks, for 349 euros net per month including hosting, maintenance and ongoing changes.
The monthly amount is not a website bought in instalments, it is a different arrangement. It covers everything that keeps a site running after launch: hosting, domain, maintenance, security updates and ongoing text and image changes. With a pure project price the work stops on launch day, and from then on every change, every update and every server outage arrives as its own invoice.
The catch you should know about is the term. Twelve months are twelve months, and if you lose interest after three you keep paying. We are tied in just as firmly: during that time we change text and images, keep the site technically current and stay reachable, without invoicing every small request.
What is not tied up is the website itself. It belongs to you from launch, not after the final instalment, and you can take it elsewhere whenever you want. After the twelve months it costs 49 euros net per month for hosting and technical maintenance, or you leave with everything.
Who this suits
A fit if
- You need a site that fits your offer, not a template with your logo on it
- You would rather budget a fixed monthly amount than one large invoice
- Your text and images change regularly and you do not want a quote each time
- You want to be live in two to three weeks, not in six months
Not a fit if
- You have the budget, want to pay once and never hear about it again
- You want to carry on building the site yourself in a website builder
- A twelve-month commitment is out of the question for you
- You need an online shop with a basket, stock and payment processing
What is included
- A custom-built website, structure and number of pages driven by your offer, no template
- Ongoing text and image changes, at no extra cost and without a quoting round
- Hosting, domain, maintenance and security updates, entirely on our side
- Initial technical SEO optimisation and a GEO baseline check for AI search
- GDPR-compliant setup: forms, consent handling and locally hosted fonts
How we work
- 01
Scoping
One conversation about what the site has to do: which enquiries it must bring in, who decides, and what content already exists. After that we both know whether a lean page is enough or a full presence is needed.
- 02
Content and draft
We draft the structure and the copy, you correct it. The most common reason website projects slip is missing content, so we do not sit and wait for it to appear.
- 03
Build and launch
Implementation, checks on load time, mobile rendering and accessibility, then live. Two to three weeks from the point where content and sign-off are in place.
- 04
Afterwards
You send changes informally and we implement them. Updates, backups and uptime run in the background without you having to think about them.
What it costs
349 euros net per month, 12 month term, then 49 euros net per month.
That comes to 4,188 euros net over the minimum term and 588 euros net per year afterwards for hosting and technical maintenance. There is no setup fee and no pricing tier based on page count. The website belongs to you from launch: if you leave after twelve months, you take it with you.
