Accessibility

This statement is provided voluntarily; as a micro-enterprise we are not currently required to publish an accessibility statement under the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Our Commitment

We are committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of our website. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (Level AA) and are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our content.

Implemented Measures

  • Semantic HTML structure (header, nav, main, footer) with one main heading per page
  • “Skip to main content” link as the first keyboard stop
  • Keyboard operation: navigation, mobile menu (closes with Escape), forms, select lists, tables of contents and the before-and-after comparison
  • Visible focus indicator on all interactive elements
  • Color contrast conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA
  • Support for prefers-reduced-motion: content appears at once, without fade-in or scroll animations
  • All text and images remain visible without JavaScript
  • ARIA attributes for form errors, select lists and sliders
  • Responsive design (mobile-first)
  • No auto-playing media

Known Limitations

  • The review in October 2026 was a self-assessment: automated with axe (WCAG 2.1 A and AA) on the main page types, plus tests by keyboard, with reduced motion and without JavaScript. Automated tests detect only part of the possible barriers. No formal external WCAG audit and no screen reader testing have been conducted to date.
  • One blog article was checked as a representative sample. All articles share the same template, though individual content may differ.
  • Content fades in with short movements as you scroll. If you have enabled “reduce motion” in your system settings, these animations are turned off.
  • The forms and the booking calendar require JavaScript. Without JavaScript, you can reach us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Booking uses the calendar of the third-party provider Cal.com, which only loads after your consent. We have no influence on its accessibility.
